Coconut Shrimp





Coconut Shrimp and Garlic String Beans

Ingredients:
Shrimp
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
I egg beaten 
1 Cup Coconut Flour

Green Beans
Butter
Garlic

Take your shrimp and dip it in the egg mixture, then into the coconut flour and then back in the egg and into the coconut flakes.

Once you have coated them all put some coconut oil in a pan and lightly fry until golden brown.

Put finished shrimp on a plate with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

For the Green Beans
-Blanche them is some boiling water for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.

Melt a tbsp of butter in a pan and add the minced garlic.

Let the garlic cook slowly until its all melty and yummy looking.

Then add in your green beans to coat in the garlicy goodness.

Serve and Enjoy!
