Paleo Pizza

Paleo Pizza



What You Need:
A Head of Cauliflower
2 Eggs
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
Pizza Sauce
Your Favorite Toppings:

I Used:
Red and Green Bell Pepper
and Fresh Made Mozzarella

1. Cut Cauliflower into small chunks and put through Food Processor or Mini Chopper ( I use a mini Chopper because I do not YET own a food processor).
- Note this will create what is called Cauliflower Rice which is also used as a side dish and can be seasoned any which way.

2. Cook "riced" Cauliflower in the microwave for about four minutes.

3. Once that is steamed let the cauliflower cool and get your toppings ready.

4. Mix Cauliflower, eggs, garlic powder, Italian Seasonings in a bowl.

5. Then spread the mixture onto piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. You want a thin and even layer and make sure you have no holes.

6. Put into a 420 Degree Oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.You can cook the crust more or less.

7. Pull the crust out and top with sauce and toppings.
- Make sure that your pizza sauce is not watery or else your crust will be a little soggy.

8. Cook pizza until Toppings are cooked or cheese is melted.

9. Enjoy your PERFECTLY PALEO PIZZA!!!
